-THE EAST OF THE WEST-
On February 4th, 2021 I took a 2 week solo expedition across Eastern California with the mission of capturing a different perspective of the State that may sometimes be overshadowed by “the big cities and attractions” on the other side. I chased down every single sunrise and sunset moving from one location to the next one, living in complete awe by the vastness and surreal beauty of these landscapes.
NATURE is a living museum!
The Desert is so tough and so fragile at the same time that it often seems like it’s empty of life, but this couldn’t be further from the truth… The reality is that these ecosystems are responsible for supporting and nurturing a very wide range of species across the world; every single rock, lake, mountain, dune, plant and soil is vibrating life and I hope these Images can showcase some of the magic behind it.
